HEdCen Granted Authority by Bureau of Immigation To Accept Foreign Students
The school has been granted authority by the Bureau of Immigation (BI), Department of Justice, to accept foreign non-immigrant students for enrollment, in an Order dated 28 February 2007 issued by the BI (AAFS No. AFF-07-046). The text of the 28 February 2007 Order states in full:
ORDER
Upon request of THE LITTLE FARM HOUSE HOLISTIC EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC. for inclusion in the BI List of Schools authorized to accept non-immigrant students pursuant to Section 9(f) of Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, as amended, in relation to Rule 8, Subdivision A, paragraphs 48 & 49 of Administrative Order No. 01 dated January 01, 1941, the Bureau of Immigration hereby grants AUTHORITY to the school TO ACCEPT FOREIGN STUDENTS subject to the compliance of all existing rules and regulations imposed or which hereafter may be imposed by the Technical Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) unless sooner revoked for cause.
The school is required to submit with the Bureau an enrollment report on foreign students 45 days after commencement of classes indicating the name, nationality, visa status and valid stay.
