HEdCen Gets Upgrade In Computer Lab Facilities
The school has a spanking new air-conditioned computer laboratory for students, with fifteen (15) workstations in a LAN DSL Wi-Fi set-up. Each workstation has a Windows XP CPU and an LCD monitor.
All in a row: Year IV students Ana, Joy, CJ, Ian, Jad, Justine, and Margot take a quick break from reading “The Core Rules of Netiquette” during their Internet Education class.
A window to Windows?!? Viel, Wacky and David hard at work pretending to look at the computer screen. LOL!
Face off: Here are Viel, Wacky and David on the left, still hard at work pretending to look at their computer screens, and Steph and Jirah on the right, truly hard at work and not pretending at all.

Times are indeed changing. I had computer classes in High School at the Ateneo but only about Word Perfect and GBasic. We weren’t taught about the proper use of the Internet even though it was already available at the time- 1990 to 1994 =T
I sometimes envy my HS students. It would be fun to be a HS kid once more and learn what they are learning. Hmmm.. that came out too geeky but I’m sure you guys know what I mean.
HEdCen High School rocks!
