Dear Parents,

Please be advised of the following week-long institutional student activities next week in celebration of the School’s SIXTEENTH Foundation Day:

June 30
Thanksgiving Mass at 3:00 p.m.
All GS and HS levels will participate. School uniform is the attire.
Blessing of the Campus grounds and the HEdCen Tree of Life.
Dismissal time for all levels is at 5:00 p.m.

July 1
NO CLASSES for GS and HS students.

July 2
Children’s Book Exhibit
Nominations of the Student Council candidates
The Bernard Muros Victory Cup (Philippine Games for all levels)

Grades One to Three 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. (Dismissal 3:00 p.m.)
Grades Four to Fourth Year 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. (Dismissal 5:00 p.m.)
*Sports/PE attire for GS and HS in the afternoon/regular uniform in the morning

July 3
Children’s Book Exhibit
Launch of Street Henna: A Pavement Painting Tribute to HEdCen
Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader? at 3:00 p.m.
Regular Dismissal for Grades One to Three
Dismissal for Grades Four to Fourth Year at 4:30 p.m.
*Regular school uniform for GS and HS

July 4
Children’s Book Exhibit
Class Picnic Lunch for all GS and HS levels (12:15 - 1:15 p.m.)
Each class will bring food for lunch by designated contribution by the TIC. Please keep posted by announcements from your child’s TIC on the items/food that your child will bring.

HEdCen Hollaback Cheer contest and Culmination Program
All GS and HS levels participating 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. (Dismissal 4:00 p.m.)
*All students in dress down attire with PINK top/upper garment for the whole day.

Please note that the above schedule will be implemented with regular classes/regular official class time still ongoing. Only on the appointed activity time will the classes be preempted.

Given the special nature of the activities, please inform your bus service on the dismissal time so fetching will be adjusted.

HEdCen at TLFH invites and welcomes parents to attend the special events, dress in pink, and participate in the school’s celebration.
