Dear Parents:

Greetings of Peace.

Please be advised of the following important notices:

1. As per Malacanang directive, October 1 has been declared as a regular holiday with the commemoration of the end of Ramadan and as such, there will be no classes on the said day.

2. There will be special schedules for football games and as such, parents are advised to fix arrangements with their bus service.
The football game schedule for varsity is as follows:

Saturday, September 27, 4:00 p.m. - Elem Boys
Monday, September 29, 3:00 p.m. - HS Girls
Wednesday, October 1, 10:30 a.m. - HS Boys

3. The schedule of the midterm examinations for the second trimester is from October 15-17. Please keep posted on the exam schedule.

4. On October 3, Friday, students will be dismissed at 5:00 p.m. instead of 5:30 p.m. to make way for an important faculty meeting. Please advise your bus service for that Friday’s schedule.

5. As part of the school’s aggressive campaign on dengue prevention, the school enforces the policy on constant application of insect repellant for all students. While the school implements other supplemental measures periodically to rid the school environment of mosquito dengue carriers, this awareness and active precautions must be reinforced even at home.

6. When boarding school buses after dismissal, student riders are discouraged from leaving the buses to play or loiter in the streets. While waiting for their school bus to leave for home, students are to stay inside the school bus or stay in campus.
