In a text message we received at 2:30 p.m. today, Sir Sam declared that as per government announcement, there will be no classes in all levels in HEdCen tomorrow, 27 July 2009. He added that HEdCen employees will not be asked to report for work.

In a text message we received at 5 a.m., Sir Sam announced that there will be no classes in all levels for HEdCen today (Friday, 17 July 2009), on account of continuous rains and flooding brought about by tropical storm “Isang.”
