Nobody, Nobody But Death Eaters (And Other Storybook Characters)
We managed to catch the tail end of the January 13 Story Book Character Parade, with the HS juniors and seniors strutting their stuff.
In a hilariously bizarre portion, five Y3 students (Gabby, Justin, Michael, Rem and Nino) came clad as Death Eaters from the Harry Potter series and did a brief rendition of the Wonder Girls’ “Nobody” dance routine.
With rosy cheeks aglow, April giggled her way to being The (happiest ever) Little Match Girl.
Here’s Renee as Crisostomo Ibarra, wooing a Maria Clara stand-in, Erik, who was really portraying Hansel.
Jomar showed up as one of the Wild Boys from Peter Pan.
A scruffy beard was the only thing missing in Anjo’s Indiana Jones.
Other notables included Art’s winged Icarus, Erica’s “plastic fantastic” Barbie, Riana’s “The Other Mother” from Coraline by Neil Gaiman, and Sir Rudolph as the one and only Sherlock Holmes.
We end with Sir H (his baby son in his arms) as (I think) Dread Pirate Roberts from William Goldman’s The Princess Bride.
