Part of the Grade 3 Science curriculum is the culture of oyster mushrooms in the second trimester. Here were Arturo Alleje, Ian Ernacio, Third Pernecita, and Fort Tapia heating the substrate for oyster mushroom culture in a process called pasteurization (Aug 2009).
