Are you a HEdCen parent?

Would you like to be included in the directory?

Here’s how:

1) Prepare a Word document with the following information:

a. Your complete name (optionally, you many include any alias or professional name by which you are known)
b. Your profession/business
c. Your business address, including telephone and fax numbers, and website URL, if any
d. A short write-up about you and/or your business or professional service(s) (optional)
e. Your e-mail address and mobile number (optional)
f. The names of your children enrolled in HEdCen, including their grades/year level

2) Review the contents of your document and double check all the information. Make sure that everything is accurate.

3) Open your e-mail account, attach the document and send to ericsaints(at)hedcen(dot)com AND csv(at)hedcen(dot)com. Please substitute the words in parentheses with the proper punctuation marks/characters; we’re trying to avoid getting spammed.

Please note that we ask that you send your information as an attached document for records and filing purposes. Phoned in requests or those sent vis SMS will not be accepted.

We will add your information to the directory the soonest time possible.
