Dear Parents,
Greetings! I would like to formally conclude the first trimester of AY 2007-2008 by presenting to you the progress report of your children’s academic achievements.
Our Report Card day and Parent-Child-Teacher Conference will be on Saturday, September 22 from 7:30 a.m.-12:00 nn. The cards will be given by the TIC’s (Teachers In Charge) of the different grade levels in their respective classrooms. Children from Grade 1 to Year 4 are expected to accompany their parents.
The teachers will attend to you on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make sure that you sign up as you arrive to ensure an orderly and efficient conference. It would be worth your while to make your meeting brief. (A ten-minute session is usually enough.)
You are encouraged to meet with all your child’s teachers. Our Guidance Counselor, Mrs. A Nacionales will be in the library for consultation.
For our Kumon students, the centre will be open for trimestral feedbacking while I will be available in the Bahay Kubo to assist you if needed.
