Hahahaha… that’s informative AND acerbic humor! What a way to announce the midterm weeks! :D

Hmmm… I think this entry had just been written right about the time I entered your office with newly-rebonded hair last Monday. Haha. :-D

But then again, it is true what they say about hair: it TOTALLY changes your aura, and I feel great! I believe I finished making two midterm exams during the seven-hour agony of sitting down while the stylist (who is, incidentally, our very own Teacher Kai’s younger sister) “did her thang.” It’s like a total make-over, and it lifts up my spirits… high enough to motivate me to do my work at an AMAZING pace! :p

hair or headstyle is like the way our eyebrows are worn, grown, painted or tattoed on our foreheads. It is an expression of our present state of being. A woman in love teacher ygy has the benefit of radiance- good skin and shiny hair. Though you rebonded your hair to achieve the sleek, sophisticated look, I have been noticing a glowing and beautiful aura of exuberance coming from your crown and heart chakras. Whatever state you are in, it is definitely a great one. :)

My response to eric’s comment: Hahaha! I hope i did not embarrass the readers. I have to watch my pen as age perhaps has something to do with my acerbity.

    Whoops… am i THAT obvious? :-D

Yes, yes… well perhaps, we should ask my students (with their extremely observant eyes and ears) how I really am doing. :-)

Headstyle and midterm exams

everyday heroes

Features of La Cabeza (the head):

a home for the homeless: the hair which is partly a protective cover and a crowning glory (supposedly) is a juicy habitat for small, blood-sucking creatures. The eggs are laid on hair strands giving it a beaded effect. Women or girls who undergo a treatment called “plantsa” in an effort to achieve a sleek, fluid hairdo will attest to the fact that the nits (eggs or young form of lice) or “lisa” are drastically killed in the process. Hair or the absence of it can give us a particular look or expression- peaceful, wind-blown, old, young, “aburido”, etc.

the skull is thick and holds and protects the brain. it may be used for growing hair since it is covered with skin called scalp. Other animal forms including humans use their skull in activities like head-butting, headstand in yoga, heading in soccer and head banging during epileptic fits, rock concerts and tantrums.

other people use their head for reasons like introspection, discernment, meditation, mental telepathy, learning or acquiring knowledge and storing vast amount of pertinent and impertinent data.

However we choose to use our head is a matter of taste or individual preference- midterm weeks are here. non-acads this week (oct. 1-5) and acads next (oct. 8-12).
