The recent chilly nights and foggy mornings reminded me of our summer trip to Sagada. If you’ve seen the movie “Don’t Give Up On Us” starring Judy Ann Santos (as Abby) and Piolo Pascual (as Vince) - we caught it on TV just last week - part of it was shot at the Rock Inn & Cafe, the same place we stayed at. It may have been a wonderful hideaway for lovers Abby and Vince, but it’s also great for large groups of vacationers like the thirty-plus of us HEdCen parents and kids who made it our home base for a few days.
