Yaya Workshop
On August 18 we will be holding our Preschool’s 3rd Yaya workshop.
We began this activity 2 years ago when we realized we had to address the need to educate our yayas further on how to be better at their jobs. 
Topics such as grooming, pronunciation, first aid, effects of media on (them and) children etc. were taken up. Our seminars would usually last a day but because some parents requested to tackle certain subjects more lengthily we will concentrate on only some of the more important topics.
This Workshop’s topics are the Choosing Appropriate (Media) Shows and Reading Materials for Children, (Teaching and) Protecting a Child’s Personal Boundaries, and Assistance on School Work. Exercises on proper pronunciation will also be given.
The YWS will be from 8am to 12nn. Fee is P250 (snacks and mat’ls included).

hi! it’s amazing that you have the yaya workshops. It’s too bad that i’ve missed it. I’ve been actually looking for activities like this and it’s nice that it’s just near the area. My yaya is my ally and I’m sure the workshops would help her become a better yaya. My child is such a fast learner and i just hope that we could give her the guidance proper for her age. PLease let me know when you’re holding another yaya workshop, or any children activity that we could possibly join. Im so looking forward to be a part of it. Thanks!
