The school’s President and Center Director, Mrs. Emma Olympia-Gutierrez, or “Teacher Emma” as she is fondly called, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University. She has had the privilege of having been invited as a resource speaker on several occasions (such as the “Production of Young Scientist Through an Integrated Science Based Curriculum,” 2nd National Science Educator’s Convention, Teachers Camp, Baguio City, April 26-28, 2005) to share with educators and other members of the academic community her teaching programs and the school’s progress and achievements.

The school’s Vice-President and Administrative Director, Mr. Cesar Augusto M. Gutierrez, or “Coach Sugar,” is two (2) electives short of obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines. He is the Athletic Director of the school, the chief architect of the school’s football program and its ever-growing reputation as being among the best schools in the world’s most popular sport.

The school’s roster of academic personnel includes thirty (30) college degree holders and four (4) masteral degree holders from some of the country’s top universities such as the University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University, and University of Santo Tomas, among others. The school also employs four (4) non-academic personnel, three (3) administrative office staff, one (1) nurse, nine (9) maintenance personnel, and two (2) security guards.
